People go to doctors because they’re looking for answers. They are looking for results, a healing from pain physical, mental and or emotional.

Friends, relatives and associates offer their views and opinions and their own complaints as comparison in and effort to help, but what happens is a conversation, not a healing and the refocusing attempt, (though refocusing is a form of therapy I’m guessing) in most instances, this leaves the hurting one with a sense of not really being heard or helped, so they withdraw and refrain from calling for help from any one, often times resulting in deeper depression, anger and prolonged pain, again, either emotionally or physically.

Thank you for listening.
